Her steady, grounding classes encourage introspection, mastery of energy, and embodied awareness, with a focus on pranayama and meditation to foster clarity and balance. In addition to yoga, she practices sound healing, trained by Shervin Boloorian at The Yoga Barn in Bali. Specializing in mantra and kirtan, she offers sound journeys that harmonize the nervous system and open the heart. Her work is featured in Bali’s leading studios, including The Yoga Barn, Alchemy, Udara, and Radiantly Alive, where she inspires through vibration, breath, and devotion. Charlotte Chiu Charlotte started her yoga journey in 2017 and has been in love with the practice ever since. She was pleasantly surprised by how yoga healed her physical discomfort, making it the one habit she never gives up. Since transitioning to full-time teaching in 2020, Charlotte has found immense joy in sharing her passion for yoga. Her class style is a harmonious blend of mellow and dynamic elements, catering to various needs.
